Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on training in combat tactics, battlefield medicine, military engineering, or communications.
Develop and deliver instruction tailored to frontline operational needs.
Assess soldier proficiency and provide structured feedback to enhance unit effectiveness.
Operate in field environments, adapting to battlefield conditions while ensuring high-quality instruction.
Coordinate with Ukrainian military leadership to align training objectives with combat requirements.
Maintain operational security (OPSEC) and uphold professional standards in a combat zone.
Qualifications
GWOT veteran with experience in combat engineering, medical (TCCC), infantry, or signals.
Strong background in small-unit tactics, battlefield medicine, or military communications.
Basic physical fitness and the ability to withstand outdoor field conditions.
Ability to adapt training methods to different experience levels and combat environments.
Prior training or instructional experience is preferred but not required.
Strong common sense, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
